Located in Yibin, Sichuan, Sany Fuxi integrated energy station of charging, battery-swapping and energy storage, jointly invested by Sany Group, Sichuan Energy Investment Development Co., Ltd. and Gaoxian Development Investment Group, is the first battery-swap station for heavy-duty trucks in Yibin city. With a height of 5.8 meters and an area of about 120 square meters, the battery-swap station is equipped with self-developed station control system, operation platform and vehicles. It is highly intelligent and the battery can be swapped automatically. The station is equipped with 10 batteries, which support two battery replacement modes: top replacement and side replacement; it can simultaneously support traction vehicles, dump trucks, mixer trucks and other types of vehicles, suitable for logistics
parks, freight stations, mixing stations, mines, ports, steel mills and other short-distance unloading scenarios. It only takes 1.9 minutes to replace battery for single vehicle, which is three times the industry average speed. The charging and swapping solution proposed by Winline ensures that the charging efficiency is as high as 97.5%, and it can operate normally at temperature of -30°~+50°.
There are many mixing plants and commercial mixing plants along the No. 1 station, and it is also an essential sand and stone supplier in the surrounding urban areas. The operation of No. 1 station has greatly promoted the construction of the “Electric Yibin” project and the battery-swapping model city for heavy-duty trucks across China .
