Check and make sure there isn’t open phase condition for the AC input voltage, the module isn’t working in high temperature environment, and the module address isn’t repeated. After that, the module can be back to normal.

Disconnect the module from AC power for 1 minute, and reboot the module after making sure there is no power in it; replace EEPROM in the DC controller if the problem still exists.

Make sure the wires and grids are working normally and the module input plug is properly connected.

Stop loading and monitor the temperature with no load for a while.

Disconnect the module from AC power for 1 minute, and reboot the module after making sure there is no power in it; re-plug the fan if the problem still exists; replace the fan if the problem still exists after last step; check the fan drive circuit if the problem still exists after last step.

Make sure the module and the charging pile are properly earthed. Disconnect the module from AC power for 1 minute and reboot the module after making sure there is no power in the module.
